Amber has been teaching group fitness classes and personal training since 2012. With a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Personal Training was a perfect companion! Amber teaches group classes at Bella Forza Fitness and the Cincinnati Sports Club, trains private clients at Transform U Fitness and owns her own health and wellness business. Her favorite workouts involve a combination of strength and cardio! METABOLIC CIRCUIT- A combination of strength and conditioning, to maximize calorie burn and increase metabolic rate during and after your workout. KidPower- For kids ages 7-12. KIDPOWER is a 50 minute physical fitness class focusing on agility, partner exercises, strength training, confidence, self- esteem and nutrition. S.L.A.M.- Strong Like A Mother! This is a pre and post-natal fitness class! Bring your little one along to either be your workout buddy or your biggest cheerleader! This class will include a combination of strength and cardio. There is no age range on this class. Bring any child(ren) from infant to toddler/school age. It's sure to be the cutest class you will ever take! :)MEET THE INSTRUCTOR
